Thirty-day refund policy.

If Clean, Cool, and Kept is not useful, request a refund within thirty days of purchase. We will refund the purchase, and you keep the digital PDF and EPUB files.

How to request a refund

Reply to the purchase receipt or write to support@themountainhousebook.shop with the email used at checkout and the order number. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
